How much does HearNow cost?

• HearNow is a subscription-based service.
• Each HearNow page is paid and managed separately, but all are accessible through your HearNow account.
• Subscription options:
  • Monthly: $2.95/month per release and page
  • Yearly: $24/year per release and page

Why are my links not showing up?

• Links appear after your release goes live on streaming platforms.
• It may take 1–2 weeks for links to populate once your content is live.
• If your release has a future release date, links won’t be available until after that date.

How can I make changes to my release?

• You can make some changes before delivery, but fewer changes are allowed after delivery.
• Editable items before delivery include:
  • Audio
  • Artwork
  • Song and release titles
  • Songwriters
  • Artist name

How do I cancel HearNow?

• You can cancel individual titles from within your HearNow account.
• Canceling all active titles will automatically close your HearNow account.

How do I update my payment info or subscription?

• Log into HearNow and click “Edit” next to the title you want to update.
• Then go to “Account Settings” and select “Update Payment Info.”
• You can:
  • Use different payment methods for each title.
  • Or keep the same method across all titles.
• Each title must be updated individually.
