What is HearNow?

HearNow is a one-page website used to promote your CD Baby release. With a single link, you can provide a one-stop digital destination for your music! Follow the link to learn more:

Why are my links not showing up?

Your links become available once your release is live on platforms. It may take 1-2 weeks for the links to be retrieved once the content is live. If your release has a future release date, the links won't be available until after that date passes.

How can I make a change to my release?

There are some changes you can make before delivery, but fewer changes you can make after delivery. Here is an incomplete list of some of the changes that can be made before delivery.

• Audio
• Artwork
• Titles (both song and release)
• Songwriters
• Artist Name

How do I cancel HearNow?

You can cancel individual titles within your HearNow account. Canceling all active titles will automatically close your account with HearNow. Check out the link below for more info:

How much does it cost?

HearNow is a subscription-based service. Subscriptions for each HearNow page are paid and managed separately from one another, but can all be accessed through your HearNow account. You will have the choice between two subscription options:

Monthly: $2.95/month per release and page

Yearly: $24/year per release and page

How do I update my payment information or subscription?

You can easily edit your payment method or payment info within your account! Log into HearNow and click "Edit" next to the title/titles you wish to update this information for. Then click "Account Settings," and "Update Payment Info." 

Each title can have different methods of payment if you wish, or you can keep them all the same. You will need to edit the payment info for each title individually. Check out the link below for more info:

I paid for my HearNow page, but something isn't right

Your HearNow page is linked to the information you've provided in your CD Baby account. Having a fully functional HearNow page is dependent on the process and delivery of your title at CD Baby.
