If you’ve forgotten your HearNow password, you can reset it in just a few steps. Your HearNow login is separate from your CD Baby Artist account, even if both accounts use the same email address.

How to reset your HearNow password

• Go to the HearNow login page.
• Select Sign In.
• Click Forgot Password?
• Enter the email address associated with your HearNow account.
  • If you previously updated your email within HearNow, use the updated email.
• Select Reset My Password.
• Check your inbox for the password-reset email and follow the link to set a new password.
• After submitting your new password, you’ll be able to sign in again.

Things to note

• Your HearNow account is completely separate from your CD Baby Artist account. Resetting one password will not affect the other.
• If you don’t receive the password-reset email:
  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address, especially if you used a different one when signing up.
