You can update your HearNow payment method directly from your account settings. Whether you're switching from PayPal to a credit card or just updating an expired card, it’s a quick process. You can also view your subscription type (Monthly or Annual) and request changes to your plan.
How to update your payment method
- Log into your HearNow account: https://hearnow.com/login
- Click EDIT on the title you want to update
- Go to ACCOUNT SETTINGS
- Click Update Payment Info
- You’ll be prompted to:
- Switch from PayPal to credit card (if applicable)
- Update your existing credit card details
- Enter card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing ZIP code
- Click Update and you're done
Does updating one title’s payment info affect others?
- No, each HearNow title can have its own payment method.
- You’ll need to update each active title individually to stay current
Can I change my subscription plan?
- Yes, but you’ll need help from our Support Team.
- To switch between Monthly and Annual plans, submit a request.
- Where it says "Select an option below", click HearNow
- Then choose Accounting > Change My Subscription
Things to note
- You can view your subscription type (Monthly or Annual) in the Update Payment Info section
- Payment updates are title-specific—there’s no bulk update option
- If your subscription has expired, you may need to reactivate it first
