Your HearNow page is linked to the information you've provided for the associated release in your CD Baby account. This means that your HearNow page's functionality depends on CD Baby's delivery of your project. 

Coordinating your release submission with HearNow

• Once you've submitted your release for distribution, you can start building your HearNow page so it’s ready to promote your music as soon as your release is delivered to partners.
• You can add your music's social media links (Facebook, Instagram) or your personal website to the custom links. By doing this ahead of time, you can ensure that your HearNow page is ready to go on your release date!
• Once your release is approved, you'll receive an email from CD Baby.
• At that point, it can take up to 30 days to go live with all the partners, though most will be quicker. If you have a future release date, the partners will honor that release date.
• During that time, the HearNow system will be scouring the internet for your links.
