This guide explains how to upload or replace your artwork in your CD Baby artist account, plus a few key reminders about artwork changes after release.

How to Upload the Artwork for your Release

You’ll be guided to the artwork upload page as part of your release signup, but you can also access it directly anytime.

• Log in to your CD Baby Artist Account.
• Click Albums & Singles
• Click View/Edit next to the release you’d like to update.
• Click Add Album Artwork
• On the next page, scroll down to where it says Drag file here or click to upload
• Locate your image file on your computer, then select it.
• Once your artwork appears on the uploader page, click Save and Continue.

You can repeat these steps anytime before your title is distributed to make changes.
If your title is already submitted for distribution, click I Need to Make Changes on the Title Overview page before re-uploading your artwork.

Things to Note

• Once your project is finalized for distribution, you cannot edit or replace your artwork.
