We're often asked by artists if they are done providing everything they need to release their music with us. Follow the checklist below to ensure your project is complete and ready for distribution.

How to finish your submission

• Verify you've paid for your submission
  • From your Account Dashboard, scroll down to see if you have any titles listed under Incomplete Releases.
  • If your project still needs payment, click Add to Cart.
  • If you have no unpaid items listed, you’re all paid up and ready to go!
• Check the Title Overview page
  • From your Account Dashboard, click Albums & Singles to view all your projects.
  • Click View/Edit next to the project you want to review.
  • On the Title Overview page, check for any items flagged with an orange exclamation point (URGENT) or purple plus sign (INCOMPLETE).
    • URGENT: must be completed before your release can be distributed.
    • INCOMPLETE: optional items that will not delay your release.
• Check your Distribution Options
  • On the Title Overview page, make sure you’ve selected a distribution option under the “Distribution” header:
    • Downloads + Streaming
    • Downloads Only
    • Do It All (Even Unpaid)
  • If none are selected, choose one to ensure your release can go live.
• Sign all Service Agreements
  • Make sure you’ve signed every service agreement available for your release. Unsigned agreements will block submission until completed.
• Submit for Distribution
  • If you’ve completed all of the steps above, you’re ready to go!
  • Click Submit for Distribution.
• Once submitted, your release will enter our inspection queue.
