What's happening
Delivery Requested means your release has been queued for delivery to one or more platforms. Normally this status updates within a few days, but some releases are currently experiencing delays due to a change we're making to our delivery infrastructure.
Do I need to contact support?
In most cases, no. Your release is in the queue and will be delivered — the delay doesn't mean anything has gone wrong with your release specifically.
If your release has been showing Delivery Requested for more than 7 days and your release date has already passed, contact our support team and include your UPC so we can check on the status.
