After you sign up, you’ll get a verification email to the address you provided. The link in that email is valid for 72 hours. If it expires, try logging in again and request a new one. If you never receive the verification email (or it expires):
- Use the “Resend Verification” option
- Be sure to check your spam or junk folder
- If you still don’t get it, you'll need to create a new account using a correct, valid email address
Things to note
- All accounts must have a valid, working email address, and they can’t be accessed until verified
- If an invalid or non-existent email address is entered during signup, it cannot be corrected
- In that case, you’ll need to start over with a new account
