How to troubleshoot login issues

• Make sure you’re logging in at the artist login site (members.cdbaby.com)
• Check whether you've used the same email address on multiple CD Baby accounts
  • Each account must have a unique email address
  • We may remove your email from accounts you haven’t accessed recently

How to reset your password

• If you've forgotten your username or password, click 'Forgot username or password?' on the sign-in page
• Reset instructions will be emailed to your email address on file
