How to troubleshoot login issues
- Make sure you’re logging in at the artist login site (members.cdbaby.com)
- Check whether you've used the same email address on multiple CD Baby accounts
- Each account must have a unique email address
- We may remove your email from accounts you haven’t accessed recently
How to reset your password
- If you've forgotten your username or password, click 'Forgot username or password?' on the sign-in page
- Reset instructions will be emailed to your email address on file
- If you don't receive an email and you've checked your spam folder, submit a help request here — our team will help you out!
