If you’ve purchased music using a CD Baby download card, you can download your tracks through the digital download portal. This article walks you through each step of the process—from starting your download to locating and extracting your files.
How to download tracks purchased with a download card
- After checkout, you’ll be taken to the Your Digital Download History page.
- You’ll see your purchased album or tracks listed with a Download button.
- Click the button to begin the transfer.
- When prompted, choose Save.

Things to note
- CD Baby doesn't store master recordings for artists using our distribution service.
