If you notice audio issues like skipping or static on a FastForward release, you can request an update. If you simply want to replace audio with a better mix (and there’s no error), you’ll need to cancel and resubmit the release. Here’s how to handle both situations.
Fixing Audio with Errors
From your account dashboard:
- Click VIEW/EDIT next to your release

Click Priority Support from the Title Overview page
In your Priority Support request, include:
- Artist Name
- Album Title
- Track Title
- UPC
- Timestamp where the error occurs
A support agent will then review and assist.
Replacing Audio Without Errors
If you want to upload a new mix or version, you must cancel your current submission and resubmit
This requires:
- A new UPC
- Payment for a new product
