If you're looking to add new payout information or update the payout method we have on file for you, follow these simple steps to do so.
How to update payment information
- Log in to your CD Baby account.
- Under "Manage," click "Payment & Tax Info" (or select the same from "Account Settings").
- Select your method of payout. Once you enter your location, available methods of payout will be displayed.
- Next, if you haven't already, you'll need to add your Tax Forms.

- Once all the above information is saved, you're all set!
Things to note
- The account holder's name in your CD Baby payment settings must exactly match the name on your bank statement.
- If they don't match, your payout may fail, in which case we'll delete your payout information and email you to let you know to enter your information again.
- For example, if your bank account is in the name of "John Doe Enterprises," the account holder's name should be "John Doe Enterprises," not "John Doe."
Updates regarding our payment processor's bank migration
From December 16th, 2025, our new bank partners require additional recipient fields to facilitate payments to some countries:

| Trinidad and Tobago | TTD | Bank ID number, branch number, and bank acct type |
| Tunisia | TND | Swift/BIC, bank account number, and bank account type |
| Uzbekistan | UZS | Phone number |
If your bank account is in one of these countries, your recipient payment profile status will be set to ‘Incomplete’ and won’t be payable until you complete the new fields listed above. You can complete these fields by:
- Navigating to Account Settings > Payments & Tax Info within your CD Baby account.
- Next to General Information, click 'Edit'.
- Update your country selection (if required).
- Complete the additional fields.
- Click 'Save'.
