There may be times when you need to cancel a release and have it removed from CD Baby services and our digital partners.

How to cancel your release from all platforms

• Log in to your CD Baby account.

• Go to Albums & Singles.

• Click view/edit next to the release.

• Scroll down to the Distribution section.

• Click Cancellation Options.

• Review the cancellation warning.

• Select Cancel ALL Digital Distribution → Submit.

• This removes your release from all digital partners (Spotify, Amazon, Apple Music, etc.), cancels Social Video Monetization (Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), and cancels services included in CDB Boost.
  • Your content will be removed from partner sites within 30 days.

How to cancel CDB Boost

• Log in to your CD Baby account.

• Go to Albums & Singles.

• Scroll to Paid Items.

• Under CDB Boost for the release, click YES.

• Toggle off the service(s) you want to cancel.

• Click Continue with CDB Boost.

Things to note

• Cancellation is permanent and cannot be undone.

• Releases must be canceled individually (not in bulk).
