Virtual Chat with Babybot
We offer 24-hour chat support with our virtual agent, Babybot. You can access Babybot from the lower right-hand corner of the Help Center or inside your members account.
Submit a Support Request
If you can't find the answer you're looking for using the Help Center or Chatbot, you can send our Artist Services team an email. Just click SUBMIT A REQUEST. This link can also be found at the top-right corner of each help center page. Fill out the request form and a support agent will get back to you!

Most CD Baby Duplication answers can be found in the CD Baby Duplication Help Center, but if you don’t find what you're looking for, please submit a request here for assistance with your duplication order.
