A refund can be requested within 90 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the title in question must be incomplete and undelivered to the digital partners.
⚠️ We cannot issue refunds for titles delivered to our digital partners (regardless of whether it has gone live or not) or active HearNow sites.
A refund for CDB Boost can be requested within 90 days of first signing the terms and conditions for the service.
⚠️ A refund will NOT un-deliver or cancel content to the CDB Boost service(s).

To request a refund, please Submit a Request and select "Contact CD Baby," and then select "Sales, Payments and Taxes" from the list of options.
