We understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund. Please review the following guidelines carefully to see if your purchase qualifies.
CD Baby Refund Policy
- You may request a refund for a single or album submission within 90 days of the original purchase, as long as the title is incomplete (meaning not submitted) and not yet delivered to digital partners.
- Refunds are not issued for titles that have already been delivered to digital partners (even if they haven't gone live), or for active HearNow sites.
- If eligible, you can submit a request for your refund here.
- Choose Payments and Taxes > Refund Request.
Can I get a refund for CDB Boost?
- You may request a refund for CDB Boost within 90 days of first signing the service’s terms and conditions.
- A refund for CDB Boost won't cancel or remove your content from the Boost services it was delivered to. If you need to cancel CDB Boost, or any other portion of your release, go here.
Can I get a refund for Pro Publishing?
- If you only need a refund for the Pro Publishing portion of your submission and wish to downgrade your release to Standard Distribution, click here for instructions.
