A refund can be requested within 90 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the title in question must be incomplete and undelivered to the digital partners.
We cannot issue refunds for titles delivered to our digital partners (regardless of whether it has gone live or not) or active HearNow sites.
To request a refund, please Submit a Request and select "Contact CD Baby," and then select "Sales, Payments and Taxes" from the list of options.
