How do I submit my music to be included in Pandora’s Catalog?

Here’s what you need to have in hand to successfully submit to Pandora (per Pandora's site): 

1. Pandora listener account
2. Contact information
3. Artist/band name
4. Name and type of release
5. Valid link to at least 1 of your tracks on iTunes (US only), Amazon Music, CD Baby or Bandcamp

We hear they still take about 3-5% of music submitted to them, which is fairly low. However, considering that they do all of the listening and connections between artists manually, with people listening to music, and no computer algorithms doing the "listening", it makes sense.
