CD Baby does not have a publishing affiliation with my Performance Rights Organization (PRO)

CD Baby Pro Publishing is available for songwriters in every country and we have direct publishing affiliations with many Performance Rights Organizations (PROs) around the world. There are also many PROs that CD Baby is not affiliated with as a publisher.     

If you are affiliated with one of the PROs listed below, you can still sign up for CD Baby Pro Publishing, but the following information applies to you:

• CD Baby is currently unable to register works or collect publishing royalties from your PRO.
• You are responsible for registering your works with and collecting royalties from your PRO.
• CD Baby will register your works with other collection societies around the world and collect those publishing royalties on your behalf.
• In the event that CD Baby Publishing establishes a direct affiliation with your PRO, CD Baby will have the right to automatically become your publishing administrator with that PRO. We will send a notification to the email on file with the CD Baby account if this occurs.

If your PRO is not listed below, but is listed on this Help Center article, it means CD Baby has a direct publishing affiliation that PRO. In which case, we will register works with and collect royalties from the PRO; it is not your responsibility to do so.
