You can download your sales reports directly from your CD Baby account. These reports show your completed transaction statements and include all earnings that have been processed into your account balance.

How to access your sales reports

• Log into your CD Baby account.
• Go to the Sales & Reports section.
• Select Sales and accounting.
• Look for the Downloads section on the left side of the page.
• Click Sales Reports.
• Choose the report you want to download.

Things to note

• If you need publisher royalty details for legacy Pro Publishing releases, those reports appear in a separate section labeled Pro Publishing Royalty Reports.
• If a report is missing, it may mean no completed sales or payments were processed during that time period.
• CD Baby's Sales and Accounting data from our digital partners includes transactions from July 11, 2009 to present. Transactions prior to this date are no longer available in your CD Baby account or in downloadable Lifetime Sales Reports.
