NEWLY UPDATED: Affiliated with ASCAP or BMI?

The maintenance work has been completed.

Songwriters who are affiliated with the United States' society ASCAP and Songwriters who are affiliated with the United States' society BMI may now file new Letters of Direction with CD Baby.

• This maintenance period did NOT affect your distribution, your music was delivered to our distribution partners just like it always has been.
• This did NOT affect the collection of royalties on your behalf. Any publishing royalties that were generated in the interim were still collected and will be paid out to you.

BMI and ASCAP recently introduced their new repertoire, Songview, which changed how we need to send songwriter information to these PROs. Our system has been updated so we can continue adding songwriters that are affiliated with these PROs. This work is complete for ASCAP and BMI.
