A Message from CD Baby
Due to higher than usual submission volume and COVID-19 impact on our staff, please allow at least 2 weeks for inspection. We recommend selecting a release date at least 5 weeks from the date you submit for distribution to ensure your release date is honored. Please note: anytime you make changes to your title, it takes it out of the inspection queue and puts it at the back of the line.
Our warehouse is temporarily closed.
In order to keep all our staff safe, we have temporarily closed our warehouse. This is why your CD or vinyl listing at Amazon may show 'out of stock' or not appear. Once we can safely open the warehouse we will, and those listings will be reactivated. We're open, but it will take longer to answer your call or chat, reply to your email, inspect your submission, or resolve your problem. We haven't forgotten about you, we promise, but it will take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.
