Be sure to report metadata or file problems with your submission by using the "Report Trouble" option on the Title Overview page for your submission. Please be aware that certain updates may not be possible, due to partner guidelines or other restrictions.
Once your request has been reviewed and completed by our support team, we'll begin processing those updates with our digital partners.
Typically, these requests should process within 2-4 weeks. Please note that once an update is processed it may not be visible immediately depending on the site and change requested.
