The best way to alert our digital tech team to any sort of problem with digital distribution, is by using the REPORT TROUBLE link on the Title Overview page from within your account. This gets the issue right into the hands of the team that makes those corrections, so it's better than a call or email in most cases.
Here's how you can report that to us:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on the tab “Album & Singles” at the top of the page.
- On the Title Overview, expand the "Distribution" section and click the purple button that says, "Report Trouble."
- There you'll be able to file a specific report that will go directly to the specialists who can fix the issue.
If you see the same issue with multiple companies, just choose one partner from the drop-down list and describe the issue and additional partners in the 'Description of the problem' field.
