Your system won't take my bar code! What's up with that?

If you are entering your UPC in the registration form and you receive an error message that your barcode is invalid here are some things to check.

1. You should make sure you're entering exactly 12 or 13 numbers. 

2. Your barcode may already be taken so make sure you have not used this on a previous submission.

If you are unable to resolve the issue after trying the above then you can contact us with the UPC number and we can look into the issue further.
