Account Security

If you'd like an added layer of security for your HearNow pages, we offer 2-Step Authentication for all HearNow accounts. This is not required, but when enabled it provides a higher level of account security by sending an authentication code to your phone in addition to entering your password every time you log in to HearNow. 

Enabling 2-Step Authentication

1. Log into your account and select Account Settings
2. From Account Settings, select 2-Step Authentication
3. Provide your mobile Phone Number
4. Select "Send Code" to opt-in
5. You will be texted a code, and prompted to enter the code to verify your HearNow account.
6. After confirming, you have enabled 2-Step Authentication going forward.

Disabling 2-Step Authentication

1. Log into your account and select Account Settings
2. From Account Settings, select 2-Step Authentication
3. Click on "Disable" and you're all set.
