If you played a show that is not already on the Unidentified Concert List, then you can fill out a “Notification of Live Performance Form” for up to one year following your performance. The Unidentified Concert List covers concerts up to three years old.
CD Baby will not be able to provide you information about the status of your setlist submission or its payment. Please contact SOCAN.
