Unfortunately, we are not able to transfer any submissions (album or singles, standard or Pro) from one account to another.
If the release in question needs to be in a different account, it will need to be resubmitted through that account.
If the release is paid and undelivered:
If the title has already been paid for, but has not been delivered to the digital partners, we will refund the original submission so that you can proceed with the new submission in another account.
Please submit a request here. Select "Sales, Payments, and Taxes" and choose "Request a Refund" and simply explain to us that you are transferring a release.
In the description, please let us know the following information so we can notate the accounts.
The original account the title was in:
- Username
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
The account the release will be in:
- Username
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
If the release is paid and delivered to our partners:
If the release has already been finalized for distribution in the account you want to move it from, you will need to cancel distribution as well as contact our team for help setting up the new submission in another account.
Please submit a request here. Select "Something Else" and explain that you are cancelling a submission to resubmit it through another account.

If the release has been delivered to our partners AND the Pro Publishing portion is complete:
Releases that have been delivered to our partners and the Publishing Administration portion has been completed can no longer be resubmitted through a separate account.
If the release has been distributed but the Pro Admin Hub has not been completed, then you will need to request downgrading the submission before cancelling in order to resubmit for Pro Publishing in another account.
