To ensure the best possible shopping experience in the digital music marketplace, some of our partners have implemented very specific language formatting requirements for certain languages with Chinese and Hebrew being the most popular affected languages. They require the collection of two language variations and unfortunately, CD Baby does not currently support these distribution requirements.
We are constantly striving to improve our delivery processes and ability to serve our artists, and we expect that this lapse in service for these languages will be temporary.
In the meantime, here are a few options you may choose from:
- Continue with the distribution process for all other CD Baby partners and platforms. When multiple title translations are available through CD Baby, your release can be updated and delivered to Apple Music/iTunes.
- If this is not adequate, we can offer you a full refund. If so, you can Submit a request for a refund.
