To ensure the best possible shopping experience in the digital music marketplace, some of our partners have implemented very specific language formatting requirements for certain languages, and Hebrew is one the select few. These languages require more than one format and unfortunately, CD Baby does not currently support these distribution requirements.
We are constantly striving to improve our delivery processes and ability to serve our artists, and we expect that this lapse in service for Hebrew content will be temporary.
In the meantime, here are a few options you may choose from:
- You can update the cover art and metadata (artist name, album & track titles) to a different language (please note, transliteration is not allowed), keeping in mind that the track listing, artist name, album details, and artwork must match.
- Remove specific partners from digital distribution and continue with Hebrew as the preferred album language. In this case, this would be "Apple Music/iTunes". If you're unsure how to do that, you can read this article.
- If none of these options are adequate, we can offer you a full refund. If so, you can Submit a request for a refund.
